The screening of “Conviction" sponsored by Roger Williams University and the RI Film & TV Office took place at the Providence Place Mall Cinema on October 25th. Guests included Betty Anne Waters and Abra Rice.

Betty Anne Waters (Hilary Swank) is a high school dropout who spent nearly two decades working as a single mother while putting herself through law school, tirelessly trying to beat the system and overturn her brother's (Rockwell) unjust murder conviction.
